On order placement you will receive an automatic email acknowledgement of "Pending" status. You will be contacted within one business day to confirm the details and agree to the order including any modifications that are required due to changes in stock and/or pricing. Most orders are dealt with the same working day.
Customers are required to pay in full prior to us creating your item. Once payment has been received we will begin creating your piece. Once completed we will pack and send your item with Australia Post.
How do you post my item?
Orders will normally be shipped within 3-7 business days of confirmation of payment on the order. We take every possible precaution to ensure your item arrives safe and sound. If your item is small enough we will include it in a gift box. If your item is larger we will ensure your item is bubble wrapped and protected.
We offer shipping to anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $12.95 or $17.95 for Express Post.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on limited small items, these will be posted in an envelope (with protection and no tracking will be provided. Once it leaves our premises we will not take any responsibility for damages or lost items.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes, we offer click and collect. Location for pick ups is Brookfield Victoria 3338. Once an order is placed, we will contact you to finalise a day and time for collection.Full location will be provided once order placed and completed. Personalised/Customised items require full payment before production. Please note due to the current situation affecting the world at the moment if you would like to collect your order with no contact, please let me know and I will leave your item at the front door.
Delivery Outside Australia
For delivery outside the Australia, you may be required to pay an import tax or duty upon delivery. In some countries, the customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties or customs clearance fees, and meeting any other import requirements imposed by the customs agency in their country. At the moment we do not ship outside of Australia.
If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package, in which case the customer will not receive a full refund and may receive no refund based on the following:
For international orders denied entry or delivery by customs for any reason (including failure of the recipient to pay import duties/taxes) or refused by the recipient, the customer will not be refunded for the original shipping charge or for any charges assessed by the courier for return shipment to us. As such, no refund will be issued if the cost of return shipment exceeds the value of the product. If the value of the product exceeds the cost of return shipment, a partial refund for the difference will be issued once the product is returned.
If the customs agency destroys the package due to the recipient's failure to accept delivery or pay the required import duties/taxes, the value of the merchandise will also not be refunded to the customer. In this case, no refund will be issued.
