Delivery Information
Once you place your order, you’ll get an automatic email letting you know it’s in “Pending” status — don’t panic, that just means we’ve got it and we’re on the case. Within one business day (usually faster, unless we’ve been distracted by a rogue coffee spill), we’ll confirm all the details with you — including any tweaks needed to your design or if stock has changed.
Payment is required upfront — we’ve tried asking the laser to work on an IOU, but it wasn’t having it. Once the payment’s through, we fire up the laser, lovingly create your item, pack it with care (and maybe a smile), and send it off via Australia Post.
How do you post my item?
Once your payment clears, we aim to ship your order within 3–7 business days (aka just enough time for us to work our magic). We wrap everything with care—think bubble wrap burritos and the occasional gift box for smaller items. Our goal? That your parcel arrives looking fabulous, not like it took a tumble down a flight of stairs.
Shipping is a flat $15 across Australia, or $20 if you’re in a hurry and need Express Post.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes! We absolutely offer click and collect from our HQ in beautiful Brookfield, VIC 3338. Once you place your order, we’ll get in touch to lock in a pickup time that suits both your schedule and our caffeine levels. Full pickup details will be revealed post-order — like a secret club, but with laser-cut signs instead of handshakes.
Custom and personalised items do need to be paid for in full before we start crafting.
Prefer a zero-human-contact handoff? No problem — just let us know and we’ll pop your order safely by the front door like a magical, no-touch gift drop-off.
Delivery Outside Australia
We love our international friends, truly. But for now, we only ship within Australia—our laser-cut love hasn’t crossed borders just yet.
That said, if we were shipping overseas, there’d be all sorts of tax-y, duty-ish surprises at your doorstep, courtesy of your local customs agency. Think of them as the grumpy gatekeepers of international parcels. And if you don’t pay those duties, well… let’s just say your beautifully crafted item could be sent back, or worse—vanish into a bureaucratic black hole.
But don’t worry! You can still order from us if you're in Australia, where shipping is simpler, sunnier, and full of Aussie-made charm.
