For processing an order, we will record the your name, address, email address, and delivery information. Payment processing is managed by Paypal or Square and no information is shared regarding your accounts. Sashleigh Aust will erase all customer information upon request.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 3 working days). Any communication will be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
