At Sashleigh Aust, we take your privacy seriously — like, Fort Knox seriously. Your personal details are never shared, sold, or whispered to third parties (unless it’s necessary to process your order or if we’re legally required to — in which case, it’s the law's fault, not ours!).
When you place an order, we collect only the essentials: your name, address, email, and delivery info. All payments are handled securely through PayPal or Square — we don’t see or store any of your financial details.
Want your info deleted from our system? Just say the word, and we’ll wipe it faster than you can say “unsubscribe.”
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 3 working days). Any communication will be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
