PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTENTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ALLOWED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
The goods received may vary slightly in terms of colour to those depicted on the website. This is due to variations in manufacturing or wood. Lighting and photos can also distort image size. These points will not be considered a valid reason for returning the goods.
If your order is lost during shipment it is the buyers responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us for an authorization of returns and package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
