Check your goodies ASAP! Like, open-that-box-the-second-it-arrives kind of ASAP. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery—we love laser-cut magic, not time travel, so we can’t help with issues reported weeks later.
No returns without a heads-up, please. We need to know what's coming back—surprise returns make us twitchy.
Due to the unique nature of our materials (like wood and lighting trickery), colours and sizing may vary slightly from the pics online. That’s not a defect—it’s character! These quirks won’t qualify for a return.
Lost parcels: If Australia Post sends your item on a mystery tour, we can’t be held responsible. Any return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable (even if we wish they were).
If you do need to return something, contact us first for approval. Keep everything in its original packaging like a polite guest returning a borrowed casserole dish. We also recommend insuring the return—because lost returns = sad faces.
